The Primary Teacher of the year is Mrs. Judy Fleming who teaches second grade. Mrs. Fleming has been teaching 20 years 18 of which have been spent at the Primary School. Mrs.Fleming is also a member of the campus technology team and a member of the character education committee. One of the most important things that Mrs.Fleming learned is that we expect kids to learn, yet we do not teach them the basics. Mrs.Fleming is the first one to step up to volunteer to organize food for school personnel who have faced the lost of a loved one, have an illness or who recently gave birth. She is a very structured teacher who manages to bring out the best in her students especially those with behavior problems. She is a very well respected member of our staff and she is always willing to lend a helping hand to others.
