I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and I am currently working on a Masters in Educational Administration from Texas A&M Kingsville. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family. They are my balance. I also love to read, however, much of my time now is devoted to my 6 month old daughter. Each day in the classroom I have the opportunity to encourage my students to reach for their dreams and to take them to the next level by thinking outside of the box. Encouraging the students to strive for excellence in everything they do, including; schoolwork, manners, self confidence and teamwork, I feel they get the most out of their educational experience. The greatest gift I can give my students, other than the knowledge from the lessons we complete, is the will to reach for their dreams and goals. I love teaching because I get the opportunity to work with our future!
