Step 1:

Write a hypothesis:

My hypothesis:  That in a taste test Cola is more preferable than Pepsi.

Step 2:

Gather the necessary supplies:

Acquired: 50 people, little Dixie cups filled with soda, and little slips of paper.

Step 3: Perform the experiment

Have a minimum of 50 people.  Then, have those people taste the soda, and don't forget to wrap the bottles in foil. Next, give the people the little pieces of paper to write which they like better.

Step 3: Conclusion

Out of 50 people 30 liked Pepsi better than Cola. So, the Myth is Busted.
