St. Ann's Catholic Church |
| This historical marker is the newest marker in Wilson County. The marker was dedicated on February 6, 2000 at the St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Kosciuszko. It honors Polish-American hero General Thaddeus Kosciuszko for which the community was named. In 1898 the first church was built. The congregation grew and in 1951 the present church was built. By 1998 the parish had 224 families. |
