Week 4: There was a midget who lived on the 13th floor. Every morning he took the elevator down to work. In the afternoon, if it was raining, he'd take the elevator. If it was sunny, he'd take the stairs. Why did he ride the elevator in the afternoon if it was rainy and why did he take the stairs if it was sunny?

Week 4: If it was rainy, he had his umbrella with which to push the elevator buttons!
