Meet Board Member Doug Shoemaker

About Mr. Shoemaker: Mr. Shoemaker is a graduate of Texas Tech University.  He owns and operates Woolsey-Bell Insurance Agency. He and his wife, Allison, have three children, Ryan, age 21, Drew, age 18, and Kailey, age 13.    

Reason for being a board member: Mr. Shoemaker places a high value on education.  He is committed to the education of all of our children.  Mr. Shoemaker is proud to serve the children in our community.  

Community/civic involvement:  Mr. Shoemaker has served as a board member and president of the Floresville Peanut Festival Association.  He has also served as a member of the Floresville Chamber of Commerce, coached for the Floresville Little League Association, and served with many other civic organizations.  Mr. Shoemaker and his family are members of the Floresville United Methodist Church.
