1. Read books, other resources, and watch video about Abraham Lincoln and discuss the character traits he showed during his childhood and as a young man.
2. View movie about Abraham Lincoln on Brainpop (Civil War), and research on Websites. Discuss important character traits that were demonstrated by him as a President? Why do you think Abraham Lincoln was such a great man of great character? 3. List ways you, the student, can show character traits demonstrated by Abraham Lincoln. Ex. Being honest (citizenship), being responsible, being fair in work and play. 4. Color picture of Abraham Lincoln. 5. Make and read booklet about Abraham Lincoln.
