Put an Ad in the 2007-08 Yearbook!

 

Dear Parent, Student or Business Owner,

     Put your thoughts and feelings into words and pictures! Yearbook recognition ads are a great way for parents, families and friends to commemorate student achievements and important milestones. In addition, revenues from recognition ads help your school to create a better yearbook.  If you’re a business owner, show support for our school and advertise your business by placing an ad in our yearbook.

     To purchase your ad simply go to JostensAdService.com or contact Mrs. Stiefer at dstiefer@fisd.us.  Your ad order must be received by 12/1/2007.

Underclassman Pictures

 

Underclassman pictures will be taken on Friday, October 19, 2007. Order forms will be given to students about a week prior to portrait day. Students will need to pay the photographer directly on the day of portraits. Pictures take about six weeks to arrive.  Retakes will be November 28, 2007.

 

Senior Pictures

 

Senior picture retakes will be AFTER SCHOOL on October 22-24, 2007. Students can sign up for these retakes about a week in advance with Mrs. Stiefer. All senior pictures must be taken by Lifetouch/Prestige Portraits and must be taken by December 1st to be included in the Yearbook. The deadline to choose a pose is December 15th. To schedule an appointment to have a portrait taken at the studio, please call (210) 690-1476.

 

Senior Baby Pictures

 

Senior baby pictures are due to Mrs. Stiefer by January 31, 2008. NO LATE PHOTOS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You can drop off your baby picture with Mrs. Stiefer in Room 4006, or mail it to Mrs. Stiefer, 1000 Tenth Street Floresville, TX 78114. Scanned photos can be sent in either JPEG or TIFF format with a resolution of 266 dpi. You can e-mail them to dstiefer@fisd.us.

Yearbook Ordering Information

 

LAST YEAR’S BOOKS ARE IN so make sure your student picks up his/her book!

 

Students will place orders for this year’s book during school on October 19th. No money is required at that time. Once the orders are placed, information will be mailed to your home prior to Thanksgiving. If you do not receive information, please call toll free at 1-866-282-1516. You can also visit the Jostens web site at www.jostens.com. If a payment is not received before the designated deadline, a book will not be ordered for your student. Purchasing one of the extra books will cost more.
