Letter Jacket Information

A student will receive a letter jacket for Academic UIL participation by earning “25” total points based on the following chart. A student earning “25” points must participate in two events in one year or be involved in the UIL academic program for two years to receive a jacket.  The points for being awarded a jacket may be earned by participating in either academic contests or One-Act Play or a combination of both.  Points for students will be accumulated from previous years.

Students must maintain eligibility throughout the entire competitive period.

One letter jacket will be awarded per student per Floresville High School career.

In the event of a senior moving into the FISD and competing in two or more events and earning “25” points in one year, the participant will be awarded a jacket.

Will be measuring twice a year (1st week in Dec. and lst week in May).  Students will be measured for UIL most likely in the Spring.
