A.      School Store

o   Shelby discussed…

·         Supplies

B.      Tailgate party???

o   Decided to not have one on the 5^th because not enough organizations signed up

·         9/5, 10/10, 10/31

·         Activity Ideas

·         Sign-ups

C.      Committees

o   Each chair briefly talked about what each committee involved and people signed up for them

·         Pride-Nick Silva

o   All school spirit (spirit exchange, homecoming, etc.)

·         Patriotism- Samuel Simmons

o   Do activities involving veteran’s day, constitution week, 9-11, etc.

·         D.A.-Tyler Johnson

o   Drug and Alcohol awareness

·         S.H.-Carmela Carvajal

o   Working on projects concerning health awareness

·         Energy & Environment-Megan Trejo

o   Encourage school to stay eco-friendly

·         Sign-ups

D.      Walk Across

o   Nick volunteered to make the gift. Everyone planning to come needs to be on the 50-yard line at 7:00.

E.       Point System

·         Must attend 7 out of 9 meetings per 9 weeks

·         Must have 15 additional points

o   If you are on probation you have to make up all missing points in addition to the ones for the next 9 weeks.

o   Shirt sign-ups need to be completed by September 9 w/ money.
